TapTasty is a solution for restaurants and pizzerias that enables the efficient management of online orders, deliveries, marketing, and customer loyalty campaigns.

The idea took root in 2017 during a conversation between two friends: an entrepreneur and a café owner. With limited space in his venue, the café owner needed a solution that would let customers order from wherever they were while helping him manage and deliver incoming orders efficiently. We recognized the potential of that idea, and TapTasty was born.

Beyond offering quality products, restaurants need to strengthen their brands by making it easier for customers to place and receive orders, collecting and analyzing feedback, and building customer loyalty—all while keeping a close eye on profitability.
