How it works day to day

All orders in one place.

Orders can come from the POS, website, app or kiosk. In TapTasty, they all reach the same system, where the team can handle and prepare them.

You do not enter the same order twice.

Orders from connected channels go straight into the system, so staff do not have to copy them from one app to another.

The kitchen can see what needs to be prepared.

In the KDS, orders appear in a clear list with the details the team needs.

You do not re-enter the same information for every module.

Inventory, customer and reporting modules can use data already recorded in the POS.

How an order moves

Enter the order once. The right team sees it when they need it.

Whether it comes from the POS, your website, your app or an integrated service, the order reaches the team handling it without being entered again.

The sale also updates the rest of the system.

Depending on the modules you use, inventory, customer data and reports are updated as well.

Built for the people doing the work

The team sees the information it needs, where the work happens.

The interfaces are connected, but each role keeps a view suited to its work.

POS

Front of house, at the counter or table

POS and Mobile POS keep tables, orders, payments and reservations close to the service flow.

The TapTasty ecosystem

One system, split into practical modules.

You do not have to launch every module at once. Choose the parts that solve today's workflow, then add more when the operation needs them.

Ordering and owned channels

Give guests more ways to order while keeping active orders in the same operational context.

In-venue operations

Connect service, preparation, stock, reservations and fulfillment around daily restaurant work.

Customer relationships

Use your direct customer relationships for loyalty, relevant offers and communication.

Data, displays and integrations

Bring management data, in-venue displays and external services into the wider flow.

Common starting points

The right setup depends on how you serve.

These are examples, not fixed packages. The final configuration should reflect your order channels, service model and locations.

Table service

Keep the dining room, waiters and kitchen aligned.

POS, Mobile POS, reservations, KDS and inventory can support the path from booking and table order to preparation and payment.

Quick service

Make ordering, preparation and pickup easy to follow.

POS, kiosk, order management, KDS and order status can share the same product and order flow.

Direct ordering and delivery

Keep owned digital orders connected to operations.

A website or app can work with order management, KDS, delivery and loyalty instead of becoming a separate sales island.

Several locations

Use shared rules without losing the view of each venue.

Connected POS, inventory, integrations and TapTasty BI help management compare activity across locations.

Daily operation

The system still has work to do after launch.

Configuration, continuity and support matter as much as the initial feature list.

Continuity

POS sales can continue when the internet is unavailable.

Orders and fiscal receipt issuing remain available in the TapTasty POS, and data synchronizes when the connection returns.

Several locations

Keep common rules and compare each location separately.

Products, configuration and operational data can stay connected while sales, inventory and results remain visible by venue.

Practical questions

What to know before choosing your setup.

What does TapTasty restaurant software include?

TapTasty is a modular ecosystem that can connect POS, online ordering, kitchen workflows, inventory, delivery, reservations, loyalty, marketing, reporting, digital displays and integrations. Your setup includes only the modules relevant to your operation.

Do I need the complete ecosystem from the start?

No. You can begin with the modules you need now and add others when you introduce a new sales channel, process or location.

Can the POS work without an internet connection?

The TapTasty POS keeps sales and fiscal receipt issuing available while the connection is down. Data synchronizes after the connection returns.

Can I manage more than one location?

Yes. TapTasty supports operations with one or several locations, with shared configuration where it makes sense and separate visibility for each venue.

Can TapTasty connect to systems I already use?

TapTasty has integrations for delivery services, payments, fiscalization, invoicing and other restaurant systems. The exact connection depends on the services used by your operation.

How does implementation begin?

We first map how orders arrive, how the team serves and prepares them, which locations are involved and what management needs to follow. We then recommend and configure the relevant modules.

Is the same setup suitable for every restaurant?

No. A table-service restaurant, pizzeria, cafe, quick-service venue or hybrid concept can use different TapTasty modules. The restaurant-type pages show the recommended starting point for each model.

A setup based on your real workflow

We will recommend the modules that fit your venues, channels and current priorities. The configuration can grow when your operation changes.
