Tocmai din aceast\u0103 cauz\u0103 este nevoie de un ghid real, un cadru de g\u00e2ndire care te poate ajuta s\u0103 abordezi digitalizarea restaurantului t\u0103u \u00een mod inteligent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"de-ce-esueaza-digitalizarea-restaurantelor\">De ce e\u0219ueaz\u0103 digitalizarea restaurantelor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cenainte s\u0103 vorbim despre ce s\u0103 faci, este foarte important s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegi de ce digitalizarea restaurantelor nu func\u021bioneaz\u0103 pentru mul\u021bi. Un POS care nu vorbe\u0219te cu gestiunea stocurilor, o aplica\u021bie de comenzi deconectat\u0103 de la buc\u0103t\u0103rie, un sistem de marketing izolat de baza de date a clien\u021bilor &#8211; fiecare dintre acestea rezolv\u0103 o problem\u0103 \u0219i creeaz\u0103 alta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"intrebarile-corecte-inainte-de-orice-decizie\">\u00centreb\u0103rile corecte, \u00eenainte de orice decizie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cenainte s\u0103 analizezi vreo solu\u021bie, r\u0103spunde sincer la c\u00e2teva \u00eentreb\u0103ri despre propriul restaurant:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Care este problema real\u0103 pe care vrei s\u0103 o rezolvi?<\/strong> Nu \u201evreau s\u0103 m\u0103 digitalizez&#8221;, ci ceva concret: pierd comenzi \u00een orele de v\u00e2rf, echipa face prea multe erori, nu \u0219tiu ce produs \u00eemi genereaz\u0103 profit sau clien\u021bii nu se mai \u00eentorc dup\u0103 prima vizit\u0103.<\/li><li><strong>C\u00e2t de preg\u0103tit\u0103 este echipa mea?<\/strong> O schimbare de sistem f\u0103r\u0103 preg\u0103tirea oamenilor care \u00eel vor folosi zilnic este o investi\u021bie risipit\u0103. Digitalizarea nu este o curs\u0103 \u0219i nu exist\u0103 un moment perfect. Exist\u0103 un prim pas potrivit pentru situa\u021bia ta concret\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"ordinea-conteaza-mai-mult-decat-viteza-in-digitalizarea-restaurantelor\">Ordinea conteaz\u0103 mai mult dec\u00e2t viteza \u00een digitalizarea restaurantelor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un restaurant care \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 implementeze simultan un POS nou, o aplica\u021bie mobil\u0103, un sistem de rezerv\u0103ri \u0219i un modul de marketing \u00een decurs de c\u00e2teva luni risc\u0103 s\u0103 nu implementeze bine nimic.
